Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to us in the condition supplied within 14 days of receiving the order. Please also include your order summary or receipt with the product you are returning and for our benefit please tell us why you are returning it. All items should be returned to John Hanly & Co Ltd, Ballyartella Woollen Mills, Nenagh, Co Tipperary, Ireland and we will refund or exchange the item. Please send us back the item by your own trackable and insured method. We are not responsible for returned items that go missing. 

 Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will take a few days to show up on your bank statement.
